GREAT NEWS – Our new patient portal is now up and running. The name of our new portal is MY HEALTH RECORD.
This portal is NOT available through our website, but directly through myhealthrecord.com. If you’re interested in the portal you will need to call us at 480-391-0707 and we will send you a portal invitation. You cannot sign up for the portal without the invite. Once we send you an invite you will get an email from Jay S. Friedman, MD/Adult Internal Medicine of North Scottsdale. When you open the email there will be a blue hyperlink for My Health Record that you will need to click on to set up your account. You might want to save the My Health Record link to your favorites.
We feel that you will be very happy with the My Health Record portal. There are so many more options that will be available to you. Here are a few examples: You can search existing appointments, you’re able to view and print out your office notes and lab results and you’re able to upload and forward documents that you want us to see. So far we’ve had very positive feedback from the patients that have set up their accounts.
